Bit of an anticlimax @Bow

I had a message that they would do Telehealth and could I confirm so I rang and they were going to get back to me...I rang again, they were going to get back to me then I missed a call at the appointment time from a blocked number. I haven’t called again.

I guess they’re too busy to follow up with me so all that stress for nothing.

How are you today?

That's rough @Eve7 so frustrating when that happens. I think sometimes when that happens for me, it's actually the time that I really need that support.

been a bit of an up and down day. Went to the shops early to grab fresh stuff for tomorrow. Had an appointment- posted to my thread about that which had left me feeling a bit raw. D is cranky today. She wanted to make gingerbread cookies... but guess who has done all the work and stuck in the hot kitchen waiting for them to cook!? I'm super tired today too. Didn't sleep much last night.

I do need some sort of support just don’t need to be threatened with an admission.

I’ve finished my shopping and need to do a report at work then that’s it for me!

apart from the really inappropriate and awkward comments that my CM made, she was really supportive. Made she I have the support I need over the weekend, even offered a home visit tomorrow! I said I would be ok and just a call on Boxing Day would be good. She said to call the team on Tuesday after my gp phone call if I need to as well.

Not looking forward to tomorrow where I will have to put on a fake smile and pretend like everything is ok. The on the otherhand, looking forward to xmas morning when the kids open up their presents.

My mum said she is coming so that will be hard on both of us since no other family will be here from my side. H's family is coming however.

Did most of my food shopping yesterday so I could avoid the crowds today.

Christmas is hard @Snowie and even harder when family relationships are broken. I hope that there are some pockets of goodness in your day hon.

yes my D is very excited about tomorrow. And she is tired and cranky, so early to bed tonight, but hopefully not up too early in the morning.
