My day has been crap. I hope I can say that.

I’ve seen my pdoc and only managed to tell her half what I’d planned to say as I then spent the rest of the session dissociating and consequently feeling stupid.

She wants to see me again on Monday and wanted me to promise I’d call her or some other service if needed.

I was really honest with her and now I’m unsure if that was wise because my head is spinning. I don’t know if I’m in my body or out of it or where I am or what I’m doing.

I couldn’t go to work.

I’m over this today. Sorry for rambling on.

I am sorry to hear that today has been bad for you. It is hard when we cannot get out what we want too. Well done for at least getting some of it out, that is better then nothing.

I am ok, saw my psych today and H came with me. We spoke about a few things, inculding how anxious I am with xmas coming up and not seeing a particular family member. Still not sure how everything will pan out but I guess I can only take one day at a time.

Put my xmas decorations and tree up today. Kids were happy to see it all when they got home from school. Dog hasn't stopped barking at the xmas tree however!!!

Have you got anything nice planned for yourself tonight?

I have become so lazy that everything is such an effort. I will finish tidying the living area and maybe do the decorations on the weekend.

@Eve7 Sorry today has been horrible 😞 glad you were honest with your psych though, although it's hard it's always best.

Go easy on yourself, you have had a very big day. Appointments can be so tiring on us both physically and mentally.

I think this is the first day in awhile that I haven't had a nap during the day 🥱 I have already had a shower and gotten in my pj's for the night!!

Pdoc changed my prn and I can only get 1 tablet at a time. It has just about wiped me out for the day.
