Unfortunately not @Emelia8 still a number of nightmares a night and flashbacks during the day. I see my psychologist again on Tuesday and then the pdoc on Friday. Feeling very hesitant in going on Tuesday.
my D was at her fathers yesterday, I went and checked out the new bunnings in town and got a couple of plants. And then today I took my daughter to get some new clothes, she's had a growth spurt. We then went very briefly to a church fellowship afternoon. We can't get back to our morning services as we are in a school hall and the education department is yet to allow community groups back into schools. Goodness knows when that will happen. So we meet outside just to catch up and see people. I really didn't want to go, too many people asking questions and I never know what to say, as @Eve7 would say, I put on my big girl pants and faked a smile. My daughter has been missing her church friends too.
