Hi @Bow 😊 I am alright thanks. Had physio earlier. Seem to need medical apts every day lately. No time or inclination for much else. Days and weeks just seem to drag on, and never accomplishing anything. All seems very senseless to me.

How are you today anyway? Any easing of the flashbacks and nightmares? I know its hard, but keep persevering. 💝

@Eve7 I read elsewhere that you did not feel safe writing here lately. I am really sorry thats the case. Is there anything any of us can do to help you to feel more comfortable here? 💞

im trying to be ok. They haven't let up at all yet. I'm very exhausted, I had a really difficult night and nearly did something. I'm really hoping that when I see the pdoc next week that something can be done.
