Not doing so good this afternoon @Snowie I see my psychologist tomorrow. Last week was really hard and I am not sure what to expect tomorrow. Sitting in a lot of dread and anxiety. Feel sick

I hope tomorrow goes ok for you @Bow They can be really hard sessions to deal with at times.

Can you do something nice for yourself after the session? I normally call in and get a coffee on the way home from my psych sessions. A little treat for me!
