Thanks @Bow 😄 It is a huge relief to me too. Trade off however are the medication side effects. The anti-epileptic meds used to treat nerve pain, typically causes increased SI. And as I was already badly depressed and suicidal, my GP added an SNRI type AD to the mix in order to counteract the other med. This particular AD is often used in combination, to treat nerve pain. So I got the double whammy. I cant see me doing this long term. 😔

How are you going today anyway @Bow . You have been in a really bad place of late, and I've been concerned for you. 💝

I'm glad your gp is on top of all that for you @Emelia8 I really hope things start to improve for you, you certainly deserve the break.

I woke with a migraine this morning. But have listened to my body today and have made good choices. I also had a Telehealth appointment with my dietitian this afternoon. That was a bit confronting, admitting to her that I excessively exercise as a way to manage my ever increasing SI. She thankfully understands and hasn't told me to stop, I can't at the moment, id have nothing else. But I need to be more mindful. It's been hard today, listening to my body and resting, yet still crippled by SI.

Why do I get caught in the middle of a family argument? I cannot cope with this craziness anymore! People yelling at each other then at me because I don’t support them enough. What more can I do??
