Trying to have an early night @Ant7 Sleeping isn't so easy here. Just trying to relax. Nights are hard. Because I find it difficult to go to sleep.

@Former-Member That would be hard. My eldest daughter has a lot of trouble sleeping at night and it is hard on her. She can't switch her brain off

@Former-Member These days it's easier than it used to be when they were all at school. They all pretty much look after them selfs. Used to be always busy lol
