I know what it is like to feel too far gone for help. That we cannot be fixed.

All we can do is try to get through each day as best as we can. I know it is hard and I can understand not wanting to try anymore. Sometimes it feels easier just to give up, I feel that way at the moment. I wish I had the answers for you hon, but all I can do is sit with you.

It's hurts a lot today @Snowie too much. There is so much scary darkness inside me.
