I am ok now thanks @Anastasia I was triggered earlier this week and was able to discuss with pdoc which then led to a spiral and so I better not elaborate.
I do know why I was affected in that way but instead of doing something unhelpful I went and had a pedicure so there’s a win 👍
Work will be busy next week with recruitment but I will try and catch up here.
