Morning has broken

Yeah. Wish my mind would just stop for a bit @Snowie did stuff i shouldn't of when my folks went out a little while ago. Thinking about it.

I hope you are ok. Yes you will think about it but it is done now, all you can do is move on from it.

Our minds do have a habit of making us remember things and not switching off. It does make it hard to sleep. Can you do something to try and busy your mind. I am watching tv and playing games on my phone to try and stay busy at the moment.

I hope you are travelling okay over there @Bow and that you can find some respite from those thoughts. It looks like it has been a really difficult day.
It is a brave thing to do to be so open about what you are feeling right now and we all want to be here to support you in this

It's what I plan to do with what I have done.. that's what I can't stop thinking about.

Perhaps I should put some music on and try and sleep again.
