You have my sympathy @NatureLover with the crook back. Hope the Osteo helped. I've been to an osteopath in the past. A bit different to chiro, with more emphasis on soft tissue than bones I think.

How is your day going?

Not the best start to my day @Snowie 😔

Pain levels from nerve compression still very high, with no relief as yet. And no sleep again last night.

My Dad is waiting to be admitted to a city hospital for urgent surgery to amputate a toe with badly infected bones through first two joints. Its apparently travelling up the leg. If they wait, he risks losing the foot or maybe even lower leg to knee. And of course I cant be there. Its hard.

I hope you are able to get some relief and sleep. I wish I had a magic pill for you to get rid of your pain.

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad sweetie. Hopefully he can get the surgery soon and it is only the big toe they amputate. It is hard not being there, especially those that we are close too.
