Thank you. No, I'm really not doing well today. A bad day for me all round. Saw psych yday. One thing she really pressed me on was 'can you keep yourself safe right now?' I said I thought I could. But today I'm not so sure.

Perhaps sitting with friends will be the reminder that you are loved. It's not at all surprising the way you feel. You have physical and emotional pain which you have been carrying for way too long. That takes it toll sweetheart. You matter and we are here for you 💞

@Anastasia @Eve7 @Snowie @Bow I love you all very much. My desire to escape from this pain which has been severe, constant and unrelenting for 3 months is really strong right now. I need relief, and I cant see it happening. I just dont think I can do this any more.
