Difficult session with psych yesterday and I think he’s contacted pdoc as I had a phone call offering me a cancellation today.

I turned it down and made myself go into work. Really need to pull myself together and stop sh to hurt myself when I feel overwhelmed.

I wish I could just unload without being threatened with hospital. Why can’t I just pick myself up?

I can hear things have been really tough for you. SH was a coping mechanism for me when I was really overwhelmed and distressed too, often to ward off SI. Are you experiencing SI at the moment?
