I am sitting at the computer thinking that if I move I am likely to feel colder that I do at present. However, I am otherwise well. I had planned to do a trip, 2 hours each way, for xrays check on teeth, but just could not manage the motivation. I have an appointment here, in town, tomorrow. So the trip will be Friday. Gosh, it's already 3.30pm here, and I have barely started the day ~ but sometimes, that's just the way it is.

Hope you all have the means to stay warm and reasonably comfortable

Finally connected with a counsellor at lifeline tonight. Not sure why I called but the person sounded kind.

I'm going into hospital in the morning for a gastroscopy, at least it's not for mh. Need to try and get some sleep now so will say good night and hope you're all heading to bed too.
