what is expressed there is so true. But when you have held a view of life for a long time and it has been your goal, it is hard to change direction. Letting go and regrouping is not so easy . I found It easy when I was young, but now it is an awful shock to me. I realise my retirement years and end of life are not going to be how I had it planned Other events took over and here I am living a different life. It is a massive adjustment and has caused lots of anxiety along the way . I find it hard to find new joy, I liked my old way of life so very much , i have lost so much.
