Morning has broken

Thank you for all the kind messages. I feel as if I have sunk to a new low if that’s possible but just as I was about to do whatever...I can go.

I started this earlier because I needed to think about what I say as I’m so paranoid about guidelines.

I had ECT early this morning in a Sydney hospital but due to border restrictions coming in pdoc organised for my discharge and after a few hours I had a flight home butI was escorted which made me feel like a criminal.

Currently waiting for Acute Care Team ti assess me and to find out what happens next. Such a bizarre day.

I hate myself and I hate my mi. I can’t do this.

@Eve7 Im so sorry things are so difficult for you at the moment. I'm sorry that it feels like an all time low. I am glad though that you were able to get home, unfortunately not under pleasant circumstances though 😞
