I just can’t get out of bed today, still under the doona. Not much sleep last night and flashbacks.

@Eve7 Sorry to hear last night was so hard for you. I can understand how much flashbacks can effect us. There is nothing wrong with still being in bed. Sometimes that is the best place for us.

I just got out myself. Go easy on yourself hon.

You don't have to stay away. I have my cuppa with me so will come sit with you.

I am ok, slept okish last night. Taped the dawn service so just watching that now. I couldn't have gotten up for it, just no energy, but still like watching it so thought this was the next best thing.

I sense your sadness and I just want to reach though my phone and take you out for the day and look after you. Listen "really" listen to you, hug you, cry with you and hopefully take you back home feeling lighter emotionally. Here for you sweetheart 💓
