Pdoc said I couldn’t go to work tomorrow @Snowie so no plans. Just housework

I have ect in the morning and then was going to have a bath as a bit of self care.

I attended a couple of groups today & had a nice chat with another patient over lunch - she has a Cavoodle also, so we told dog stories to each other.
