I walked closely with my brother through a lot of that kind of thing in the late 1980s early 90s. I had hoped the services had figured out more by now. There was naked curiosity and little understanding of limiting the actual pressures on individuals.

We had an experimental omellette with psyllum husk, turmeric, avocado and mushroom sauce for lunch. Had a visit from a friendly musical/sciencey chap who has left me with christian books. Not sure what to make of it all.

Hi @Eve7, I can hear frustration and a sense of defeat when you said "I don’t want to live with this mi any longer." I understand it can be overwhelming at times, so I'm sending lots of care and support for you.

I'm concerned for how you're going, so I'll check in with you by email too
