I struggle too @Eve7 im not a big talker in general. Rather shy and reserved. So talking about what is going on inside is big for me. Questions are good. Sometimes it's about moving past the shame, the fear of it being the wrong answer or feeling stupid. Sometimes I just can't find the words. Today was particularly hard, a lot of the words were sitting there I just couldn't speak them. I too worry about wasting her time.
today she gave me some home work to track my thoughts. I will find this much easier, I can write. I'd be happy to write something each session to give to her to then discuss. But then I feel absolutely stupid that I can't just freely talk, I should be able to do that. Rambling... sorry.
