That's a Gouldian Finch, from Northern Australia @Anastasia Lovely.
Here's one for you....
It's my Favourite Red-Faced Parrot-Finch - From New Caledonia (one tiny Island).
They are Very active, fast-fliers, & have a lovely Trill - I have 3 of them in my Aviary.

Simply because Bird-Breeders like doing Weird things with Bird-Breeding (mutations)....
