I am glad you have got a safety plan in place, it does make it easier to get through those rough times.

thanks @Eve7 just waiting on the biopsy results and then will have a chat about what the next options are.
getting abit tired now but cant sleep. really fidgetty so having a cup of tea, watching the end of ncis and then will try and lay down.

I’m the same @outlander I feel wide awake after being prn this morning.
i’m watching Something on channel 72 about a posh hotel in England where the mega rich stay...how do people get so rich? It’s so ridiculously over the top it’s funny. I’m in bed watching it.

@Eve7 id like to be rich one day but not just for me. Id be able to donate more to the charities i support and more too. Plus having some luxuries and less stress regarding bill payments etc would be great too.
Im in bed now too but cant get comfy. Might be long night but hopefully not to late
