An update:

I haven’t had a good week and I can’t really elaborate on what has happened as I have worried a lot of people both here and irl.

I had ECT this morning too @Snowie and I still want to be your buddy so we can support each other.

I have an illness and I just wanted everything to end. I know most of you here understand mi all too well. Please know that I am safe and I will be ok.

I have just read some of your kind messages and am really grateful to be part of this forum.
