I have tried just staying busy today. I started cleaning my car but only got half way. Then I did some washing, vacuumed and washed the floor and now I have to think of dinner but struggling to get motivated to do so. Just so much more to do. Get the boys uniforms and lunch ready for school tomorrow get them showered and in bed which is an ordeal with my youngest as he is petrified going to bed on his own. I just don't have the energy today. I am mentally and physically exhausted. 😔 @Eve7

Hello @Snowie I hope today is better for you.

I have seen a new pdoc this morning after the craziest dream that I rode my bike to see pdoc and arrived 3 hours late for my appointment!! Anyway she was lovely so my anxiety was uncalled for.

Now at lunch after a big win at an ndis meeting for a client. I convinced them of a need for massive increase and we got it!! So proud 😆

I truly hope you are treated kindly today.
