My day was ok @Former-Member I think the headache may have been due to dehydration as well as the glare coming through the window so I made sue I drank lots of water today but I do have a cold (normal variety) and sore throat.

I’d be tempted to call in sick tomorrow but I have to go in and bat for a client at an ndis meeting.

I think of you a lot my friend and really want to be here for you at this time.
