I had a quick read what ISTPD is and it sounds interesting @Eve7 . I truly hope you can benefit from it and would love to hear about your experience with it. What I couldn't find is, is it something you do at appointment times or is it something you have to be hospitalised for?

yes unfortunately my boys are home yet again doing homeschooling. Hoping it's just til Wednesday but I fear it will be longer.
I myself to be honest am not doing so good.

I don’t know how this ISTPD works yet and nothing has been said to me about hospitalisation but I suppose I will find out very soon.

Work is going ok for me and todayI facilitated a team development day which has left me exhausted. I’ll crash very soon tonight.

I truly hope your lockdown ends tomorrow so your boys can return to school.

Well no ect today but I’ve still come home with a headache 🤕 go figure.

Had to facilitate a Team Development Day and sat facing the sun all day. Feeling so sick right now and wondering how I’ll keep this up.

I was supposed to see new pdoc tomorrow but that’s not happening now due to ndis meeting.
