I know you do your best @outlander @and I think you’re amazing achieving what you do getting through each day and the fun things you do with your siblings.

Thank you @Eve7 I just wish I could get a hug right now. Need to be comforted. I would never wish this MH s**t on my worst enemies. I just feel like there is no way out. No peace no happiness no hope. I just want all this hurt all this pain and torture to stop. The nightmares have come back and I feel sick all of the time. I have had a headache border line migraine for days now. I am just over it all. My jaw is so damn sore for clenching my teeth all day long and my body won't stop shaking. Eve what do I do?
