Aww @Bow that is so lovely. I wasn’t doing too well today so I left work early and I went interstate (30 minutes away) to watch some kids I coach competing. I wish I could say more but they’ve all made it through to the State carnival next month.

That is very thoughtful of you @Bow and I hope I’m not too late. My sister would have been 50 today so I sent Mum some flowers.

I am eating a chocolate which I used to love doing with my sister.

@Eve7chocolate! Yum! and drink 😉 whatever works I guess. I'm struggling today, it's physical, not emotional but affecting my brain. Got lost in Bunnings, forgot what town I'm living in, couldn't find things... stopped and had a cry, then at home tried to finish the van kitchen shelf build but screws wouldn't screw in, can't find nails, broke the lovely jar my son gave me, can't focus enough to know what to pack in van, it's like my brain has just stopped, ?switching, ?dementia, ?dying lol, and muscles so tired, just a bad day I hhopeuess. Let's call it a day and try again tomorrow 😴
