You will probably already be at the hospital for today's ECT. I hope it goes well.
I also acknowledge that its your wedding anniversary today. A sad/happy mix of emotions. My hope is that you remember the good times you had with him, and that you are able to allow yourself to be thankful for the time you had together. A time that was tragically shortened, but one worth remembering and celebrating. You have his spirit and his seed still with you, in his children and grandchildren and your happy memories of him.
I am thinking of you with love and compassion.
