Glad it has been a good day @Eve7 and that you got some washing and knitting done.
My day has been busy. Washing, ironing, supermarket, baking and just making dinner now. Have kept myself busy and my brain occupied so I don't think about things too much.
Has worked out well up until now. Just sitting down with a coffee now.

I am so impressed with all that you have achieved today @Snowie
I agree that keeping ourselves busy stops us overthinking and keeps us in the moment.
I’m hoping if I can return to my normal crazy busy life all this si will go away.

Keeping busy is stopping me from thinking about lots of things @Eve7
I know I have to confront them eventually but just not yet.
I do hope your si goes away. I know how hard it is having those thoughts

You’ve excelled yourself with busy ness today @Snowie
My pdoc says I need to stop filling my bucket and start fixing the holes in my bucket which makes sense but oh so hard especially those si thoughts.
It must be cup of tea time or “wine time”....I wish!

it is hard @Eve7 especially dealing with si thoughts.
I am having a cuppa now, I rarely drink, never been into it.
I hope you get out of hospital soon hun

I think I will be out soon @Snowie pdoc says I need something to aim for and has even mentioned work. He’s talked to my Manager and they are both keen to support me to do so 😊
We’re working on a safety plan and I’m not going to the mental wellness place as I think I’ll get more benefit working with pdoc and social worker.
I really want to live and I think pdoc believes me.
I like a nice drink with my meals but it’s been a long time since that occurred.
Camomile for me tonight.
💙🧡💙

That sounds like a really positive goal to work towards @Eve7 especially if you have support from your Manager. Going back to work is such a massive deal - I know that - but if you have support and can return slowly then it can also help build up both your self-esteem and readiness to do more.
From the progress I have seen you make here over the last couple of months I truly believe you can do it Hon - you are one strong and resilient person ![]()

That is great news @Eve7 You have made such good progress since you first went in, you should be really proud of yourself. Getting back to work sounds like a really good goal to work towards.
If I haven't told you lately, you are doing an amazing job at recovering, I am super proud of you 💛💛

You’ll make my eyes leak with comments like that! I appreciate you so much @Snowie
Sometimes I think I’ve made no progress and other times I think. “Yes! I’ve got this!” Just have to believe the truth.
Your progress is inspiring too especially going away with the fam xo
