I am having a reasonably good week yet I feel like crap and so I’ve just sh

I'm so sorry for the night you had had last night.
I understand what you mean by saying it's like you punish yourself to take away any pleasure you have. It's such a conflict of thinking in your mind, that's so hard to manage.

Dear @Eve7 ... when you have those better days ... please tell yourself that you deserve good days, you deserve happiness and moments of pleasure.
Happiness is one of lifes entitlements for all humans, and its something all of us strive for. Please resist the urge to punish yourself when you finally achieve a few moments of joy.
