Morning has broken

My visit with pdoc has been very emotional this morning and he has told me to stay home and not go out or he’ll put me in hospital.He also talked about maintenance ECT but I’m hoping it doesn’t come to that.

I sent S1 out with a shopping list as we weren’t able to finish it all yesterday.

I’m back in bed paralysed with depression. How did this happen? I’m safe.

I dont know how it happened @Eve7 ... wish I did. Which I expect both you and your pdoc does too.

How long is your pdoc expecting you to stay home and not venture out anywhere for?

So pleased your S1 is there to help out as needed. Please do as your pdoc ordered, I think its important.

Hoping he has some solutions over coming weeks, and if that means maintenance ECT, then so be it.

Though I too hope it doesnt come to that.

@Snowie has been through that herself recently, though not sure how successful it was?

I will be doing maintenance ECT next year again, not really looking forward to it but something that my pdoc has suggested.
