Hi @outlander I hope you’ve had a better day.
I like yellow because it’s a happy colour and I just want to be happy.
The pampering was good, much better than talking about what’s happening in my head. I think I am getting better but sometimes it feels less le one step forward and 5 backwards.
8 weeks seems like forever and I’m hoping it won’t be much longer or I will go nuts.
Im having an EEG tomorrow to check if I have any brainwaves.
What are your fave colours?
sending love to you

Yes, @outlander the groups are all at the hospital. I haven’t been to a lot but I thought I’d try some different ones as I tend to get all teary in the “talking groups”.
The EEG is early then the facial group is at 11. I’ll go on the treadmill in the afternoon.
There’s equine therapy too
but pdoc.vetoed that.
i guess so long as we take some steps forward we are improving or at lesst we’re trying

You sure do get enough equine therapy @outlander
I made the mistake of asking how fr away I could ride and so I can't attend. I'd be bored if I couldn't go for a long ride.
I think I get far more benefit from these type of groups (cooking, pampering, facials, treadmill) than talking groups but I appreciate that some people prefer to alk.

Your equine therapy made me smile. @outlander

Molto delicato. Spent the day on an email to my son. Probably in my head too much. I will never be able to please them. Wet myself as cat got in between me and loo, had to mop up a lot. Weird, Water is so significant. Dont think I had normal access to water as remember being so relieved when a boy in Gr 5 showed me the sprinkers. Said it would be better than off milk sitting in the sun.
It would be a first email of the kind. Son wants me to talk to my guilt. I owe him one letter like that, and might have to pull into myself and not initiate contact, and let him figure more out about life. We have had a shocking last 3 years.

Sorry about the cat beating you into the loo @Appleblossom
I have a similar son no matter what I say or do he finds a way to twist so I'm sorry you have to go through that as well.
I agree about the sprinklers being better tasting than the milk sitting in the sun aahh! How we suffered!
Hope you sleep well and tomorrow is kind.
