Sure you can @Eve7 ... you have before, and you will again. And it will become easier, because you have a very good supportive MH team behind you now. I know this has been a shocker of a year for you, in so many ways. And I realise you've just come through a very sad day remembering your lost H on what should have been his 60th birthday. And of course you've had the added complication of a broken wrist. Which prevents you from doing many of the things on your safety plan. Hard times to put it mildly.

Lets just say that you are currently in a big sea trough. But a wave will soon lift you up and you can ride the crest of those waves again. Using a surfing type analogy. 🌊🏄 I didnt realise you were a surfer girl, until I read a post a day or two ago. 👍💖

Just want you to hang in there @Eve7 ... because I know you can come through this and be happy.
