I wish I had some solutions for you but I keep looking. I know of a Japanese Vegan restaurant so I’ll look on their menu for you.

Yeh i know @Eve7 no dairy no wheat no shellfish no shrimp. Maybe no rices still have to have an allergy test for soy and egg as well
I cant have any more antihistamines ao im going to try a shower and then might try to go to bed or something. Its making me abit irritated from some symptoms

Dont think ill be sleeping much now @Eve7 theres not much else i can do. If i have trouble breathing or chest pain or get worse then go to ed. I cant get eid of the itching or the damn coughing. No chemists are open now either. Pop walked through some leaked fuel from the mower jerry can and now its all through the house too so thats not helping 🤦♀️ might put some music on and just rest for now as have a busy day
