💙 Hugzz 💙 @Eve7 I missed your baby's anniversary grief (caught up in my own) but feel for you and glad you have so many attentive friends and love here. "Grief is hard, but not impossible" gotta up the ante on self-care as we're largely on this journey alone 💕

Thank you everyone for your kindhearted support during my meltdown and I actually found Lifeline helpful last night.
My mammogram is at 2.15 so they will see what I did to myself yesterday which is unfortunate.
Anyway today is better and I’ve been to the hairdresser which has also helped.
Take care everyone. You are so worth it.
