Hi @Eve7 please look after yourself and engage with phone supports should things get worse for you. I also recommend you chat with your doctor around how the medication change is impacting you.

Hey beautiful. So good to hear from you. Though it sounds like things are pretty rugged for you so far. I guess thats why they wanted you in hospital for this period of meds change. i have only just caught up with what is happening for you. I am sorry but I have not been in a good place and tend to stay away,

i am sure you are in the best place at the moment to be looked after and kept safe. Changes in meds can be very distressing and keep talking to your doc so they know what is going on.

You are very much in my thoughts and I shall sit with you todAy. Quietly by your side.

There are many of us who are thinking of you so take some strength from us.

Just wanted to pop in and check on how you're going. I just went through med changes too and know how difficult it can be. It's good you are in hospital, so you have immediate access to the doctors & nurses to talk to about the challenges you're feeling.

You'll get through this and we are all here for you 😊
