Thank you @frog . I did get to the beach and even spotted some whales out in the surf doing their thing. It was very peaceful.

Thank you @Former-Member . I didn’t take sleep meds last night..just being stubborn but I have tonight.

My day has been fun and I do have some lovely friends both here and in my other life.

I was overwhelmed today when 3 work colleagues showed up bearing gifts. We went to the beach with lunch and watched the whales! They were so kind and understanding without prying for details. It was better than any meds.

I feel much more hopeful and am now pumped up with sleep meds 😊so it should be a better night.

How was your day as taxi driver for your kids? I hope you’ve had less of a struggle today and that you sleep well tonight.

Having a bit of a panic attack tonight. Just thinking about all that happened yesterday and stressing over the future and decisions to be made. My heart has been racing and breathless. Trying hard to stay calm. I’m getting early night meds and checking out.
