I hope your visit with your mum went ok @Snowie and that today is ok for you. My meds have been increased and I’m not happy about it at all.

The experience of opening up and then overthinking it can be really painful. How are you feeling now about the conversation you had with them?

My day has been a little rough but I’m seeing people tonight to watch a movie which I hope will be company without too much demand for interaction.

I’m ok now about yesterday’s conversation and I can’t take it back at all sfo it is what it is. I haven’t seen that nurse today so she mustn’t be on.

The pdoc came to see me and I didn’t say much. He knows I want to go home and says he’d be very concerned if I went but he also said it’s my choice so that’s good. At least the decision won’t be taken from me. He wants to increase my meds again and asked if I’d consider it. I don’t want to as I’m barely coping with the current dose..

Enough rambling from me.

I’m glad the conversation feels ok now and that the decision about leaving isn’t being taken from you.

That would be hard with the meds. Can you ask them whether the effects you’re experiencing are likely to get worse if you increase the dose?

Visit with mum went ok, she was in a good mood for a change.

Glad the pdoc saw you. It is good that it is your choice whether to stay or not. I can understand where the pdoc is coming from. Wants you to be safe and getting better.

Ahh meds increasing. Yep, very hard. Feel like a pharmacy as it is and that you have enough.

My pdoc wants to change a med. Bit scared. Might be really good for me but I guess we always think the worse.

@Wintersweet I'm sorry today has been rough for you. I hope your movie night goes well. I do like watching movies, little interaction needed!
