Another pdoc appointment this morning and while I was honest, I couldn’t tell her everything. I don’t know why I find it so hard to really tell her what has happened.

My week is looking full of Uni assessments @Snowie and I have cleared every day to finish them off.

Sounds like you have a very busy week ahead of you @Eve7 with your uni assessments. Hopefully after this week you've got a bit of a break.
Maybe for each assessment done you can reward yourself with something!!
Busy week here. Psych today, gp tomorrow, pdoc Wed, hair Fri and D's dancing Sat & Sun. Also have to fit in gp & dentist for Mum.
