We’re off to the ballet tonight to see The Nutcracker. My gift to the girls in the family except Miss 8 who says she doesn’t like ballet!

Not much planned for weekend. Neighbour in hospital again so will probably go visit him one of the days. Have you got anything planned?

I have some sporting events to attend @Snowie and my house is still a building site. The kitchen won’t be finished until the end of next week. Still eating microwave meals and tomatoes from the garden! The wine rack, broom cupboard and dishwasher went in today. Just need the stone bench, stove and tiles plus electricity and plumbing.

The back patio is finished!! We can eat at a table 😊

I cancelled pdoc again yesterday but I’ll go next Thursday and fess up 😩

That so exciting @Eve7, the patio is finished. Hopefully with warmer weather you'll be able to use it so much too.

Sounds like you are coping ok without the kitchen. Probably good being out on the weekend, you don't have to try and work around it.

I've got my pdoc next Thursday too. We can make a pact to make sure we both keep our appointment.

Sounds like a plan @Snowie I don’t usually cancel appointments but I got myself so worked up over everything that I just couldn’t face pdoc yesterday.

I’m so tired today with all that’s been happening but I’m looking forward to the ballet.

Having a bit of a rough week but managed to see pdoc this morning who was very understanding and wants to see me again on Monday. I suppose that’s better than an admission.

I also need to see gp so it’s a medical week as well as a heat wave at 34 today.

it sure is hot eh?!?!! im hating it. its actually much cooler downstairs in the cave, so spending lots of time down here.
