Sometimes there is no reason why it gets set off. Some of the weirdest things can set mine off. You are not alone in thinking that.

I'm not great, but things could be worse. Took mum up the street today so that was a win. Even had a shower!

There’s a uni zoom session this evening @Snowie so I will join in and share my tale of woe about physics. It’s measuring movement and biomechanics. I did it at school so it’s somewhere in the deep recesses of my brain lol
