Morning has broken

I’ve seen pdoc @Snowie and I told her what happened on the weekend…both the good and the not so good. She suggested I use ice (frozen water) next time I feel lonely. I’ll try.

I've tried ice before @Eve7 just to bring me back to the present moment.

Spent morning taking mum out and then taking some more things back for her. Her room is starting to look like her own instead of just a bare room.

Few appointments for me and mum @Eve7 She's got one tomorrow and wants to go up the street afterwards. Still got a few things to work out at the Nursing home with mum. So many forms!!

Have psych (via telehealth) this week too.

Got both D's and S's birthdays coming up, as well as fathers day, so need to go do some shopping for all of them.

I have a Uni quiz on Friday @Snowie and that’s another semester done. Pdoc on Thursday and an appointment with the travel agent on Wednesday but I’m sleeping in tomorrow!

We were talking about going to Japan in Feb again next year. Spoken to the kids too about them coming this time.

That would be so much fun if you all went skiing in Japan @Snowie ! I hope you do all go…something to look forward to 😊 I’m going away with S1 and his family at Christmas, just local to a beach.
