Thanks @Snowie . Pdoc was ok but I disocciated quite a bit and she made me stay a bit longer. All ok now.
Another lunch outing today for a friend’s birthday but I’m going to cancel and go home to bed

Hi @Eve7 💕 I'm excited for you regarding your Europe trip next year. Gotta admit to a touch of envy too 😍 though, as it's something I would have loved to do. Still would I guess. Perhaps you will have space in your suitcase 🤣
Sorry to hear of dissociating at your pdoc apt. But good to hear she kept you back a while after. Just to be on the safe side 👍
I had an apt with my psych this morning. It went okay enough. Hannah accompanied me, and was a good little girl 🐕. It seems psych apts are becoming old hat to her now, and she takes them in her stride.
This afternoon we did something new though. I had a haircut. First time in over 6 months. Hannah was good, but unsure about things. Didn't know why I had a funny cloak over my shoulders, or why someone was so close to me with ✂️. But she settled. As we were leaving, she wasn't happy about leaving behind a big pile of my hair. Funny girl, she kept pulling to go back to my fallen hair. I had to reassure her all was okay.
So she's had a busy day today. Threw in a walk this morning in between rain showers.
Sorry you didn't feel up to the birthday lunch outing earlier today.
You take care, okay 💞
Hi @Snowie 👋💕

Hi @Eve7
Sorry that you pdoc appt. was hard. Glad that they looked after you though.
Probably a wise choice cancelling lunch. Putting 'you' first is a great idea.
I hope you were able to find some peace this afternoon.
Hi @Emelia8
Sounds like Hannah is doing a wonderful job. You have trained her really well.

Thanks @Emelia8 I wish you could come to Europe with me and I’m sure we’d make great travelling companions.
Hannah has had a super busy day and carried her duties out like a trooper! You’ve obviously done a great job training her.
Im having raisin toast for tea @Snowie as I’ve just woken up from my nanna nap and that is all I have energy to cook.
Did I tell you I’ve been called up for jury duty? Anyway I got an exemption as everything was just a bit too much. I know it’s slack not fulfilling my civic duty but it is what it is.
Do you have much on tomorrow?

Sounds like the nap was well needed @Eve7
Ohh raisin toast sounds yummy. I had just plain toast for tea!!
You can take us to Europe in your pocket!
I've gotten called up for jury duty before too. Got out of it. I don't think it's slack. Once again, just putting you first.
I have ECT tomorrow morning.
Any plans for you?

I am speaking at an officials course on Saturday @Snowie and true to form I have left the preparation to the last minute. Tomorrow will be busy.

I'm sure tomorrow you will get done what you need hon @Eve7
Your knowledge must be so good for them to want you to speak. You should be proud of that.

They asked me to speak because they’re paying some of my uni fees @Snowie
In response to: Re: Morning has broken
SnowieSenior Contributor
Well if they are paying some of your fees @Eve7 than that means that they do believe in you.
Will say goodnight hon. Up early tomorrow so need some sleep.
I hope you have a good night and that tomorrow goes well 💗
