It's been freezing here the last few days! But I think I've turned soft since moving here. I used to live on the Southern Tablelands where it gets genuinely cold 😄. But here it's been 16C or 17C the last couple of days, but very windy. Wind chill off the snow on the mountains to our West means the "feels like" temp is about 4-5C. And I guess as we get older we tend to feel the cold more too. But the sun is shining, just need this horrible wind to stop.

I suppose on a good note, it's helping to dry things out a bit after the devastating floods we've had. And even better ... no recent rain 👍

Got a big day happening tomorrow myself, which I'm pretty nervous about. Hannah has her 3-month assistance dog training test. I'm hopeful she's ready for it. 🐕

We had a lovely sunny day here with no wind but it’s cold now and it was this morning too. I went south on the weekend and froze. I’m getting soft too.

I don’t know what happened to me yesterday but I’m still shaken by it all. The mh nurse came this morning but I didn’t tell her much.

Yeah I'm sorry @Eve7 😔 whatever the reason. Sometimes an exact cause or reason is hard to identify. I'm similar in a way. Unsure why my anxiety peaked so badly since April. I mean I know there are reasons there, but normally I can overcome them. This time I haven't been able to. Hence my visit to my psych last week and another visit next week. Hoping between us, we can get back on track.

Hopefully your appointment tomorrow may help with some answers and/or solutions. 💞

hey @Snowie my day's been busy but okay, have some neck pain that's been bothering me. i like that you're trying to find the good in today, i'm going to try that too. if you're up to sharing today's 'good' , i'm keen to hear, even if its a very small things 😊
