Thanks @Snowie @tyme it was a rather heavy session with pdoc this morning and I was honest with her regarding my thoughts last night.

@Eve7 I'm glad you were able to be honest with your pdoc. I know how hard that can be at times. Hopefully by being honest, they are able to help.

I hope you have been able to do something nice for yourself after the appointment.

I had a chai latte from Maccas drive through @Snowie and then went for a walk around a lake with black swans.

The friend I’m staying with on the weekend has rung me to say there is snow ❄️ on the mountains 🥶 great…not!

That walk with the swans sounds nice. We have forests near me but no lakes.

Ive just pulled out my puffer jacket to take and my merino skivvy plus the thermals!! Gloves, beanie and scarves already packed.

As long as you are warm @Eve7 then you'll be fine. Sounds like you are ready to go. I really hope that you have a good time away.

I find that the people who don't like the snow are the ones that don't dress appropriately. With the right gear, it doesn't seem that cold.
