Hi @Eve7
Glad you have had a nice day with some friends. Reward yourself after getting in your assignment.
Never heard of that movie. Might have to look it up.

It was good thanks @Snowie no tears, no dissociation and we even had a laugh!!
My bloods were good and we discussed what to share with my GP.
How was your day?

Sounds like a good appt. @Eve7 Sometimes it's nice just to come away from it not mentally exhausted.
Days been blah. Glad its over soon.

I just cleaned out the bottom of the fridge and threw out lots of perishing fruit and veg @Snowie currently cooking what’s left for dinner lol. I’ll add an egg for protein. What are you having?

With two teenagers, I rarely throw out food @Eve7!!
I try and keep everything well stocked.
It is sometimes those things in the back of the fridge that we forget about.
H out and S at work, so only D and I home for tea. There are some leftovers in the fridge so D will have them. I'm struggling to eat so will prob just have some toast.

I get overexcited at the farmers markets and buy too much thinking I’ll be ever so healthy and eat it @Snowie There’s Two I teenagers here too but they mostly eat noodles 😡
A friend just messaged me to ask if I want to walk in the morning but rain is forecast so I doubt that will happen. Do you have anything on tomorrow?

I do like the farmers market @Eve7 The food is always better than supermarket brought.
Thats nice of your friend. If you don't go for a walk, can you catch up for a coffee/tea instead?
I have ECT tomorrow morning. I'm really not sure if it's helping or not.

Well probably still catch up but rain isn’t predicted until 2pm so fingers crossed 🤞
I usually found ECT was better 3x a week but I know that doesn’t happen without an admission. I hope you start to feel better.

Thats good that you can still catch up @Eve7
It can be hard to find that motivation on our own. Much easier with someone else.
Last admission I did have it 3x per week. I'm worried that if this doesn't help, I'd have to go back in to have to 3x per week and go in. Pdoc has already suggested it.
