Oh I envy you @Eve7 being in Perth right now . I have been watching the U20 athletics championships on 7+. Young Gout Gout is someone special isn't he? ⭐. He runs again on Sunday in the Open 200 metres against Kennedy, who is also damned good. How much longer are you there for?

I am here for a few more days @Emelia8 getting some selfies and stalking!!! I won't say how long and I won't wave to you...for anonymity sake but it's pretty good and I have a coach's pass.

I've spent a lot of time in my hotel room as I'm finding it hard with socialising outside my own group.

Ha ha, yes of course @Eve7 I totally understand 👍💕. Still envy you though 🤣 and can just picture you stalking some of those athletic stars. Oh, I wish.

Sorry to hear you haven't felt more comfortable to get out and about more than you have. Perth and surrounds is great for a visit. Though to be fair, when I have been, it was always with my late husband. He was a WA native, and all his family still live in and around Perth.

I do need to visit in the not too distant future. Been promising to do so since hubby's passing, but so much has happened since then. I just haven't made it there yet. But it is on my agenda.

Hannah is doing really well thanks. Takes most new experiences in her stride. She's a confident little girl. Very proud of her. My biggest issue is getting people not to pat and make a fuss of her when she is wearing her vest and thus working. Not helped by Hannah wanting to say hello to everyone. 💕. She is a real little social butterfly 🦋. And being a little cutie, she draws attention. Life's tough 😄

Almost as fast @Eve7 ? Like .01 sec slower 🤣. Ha ha, that's a lot (well, a margin anyway) in a 100 metre race.

A couple of quality runners for the final, but Kennedy will be too good I reckon.

I am looking forward to the 200 metres on Sunday. Interested to see if Gout can turn the tables on Kennedy from their last meeting. It's interesting, they are such different style of runner.

It's great for Aus athletics to have two such high quality athletes pushing each other.
