I went to Sydney last week and someone said something to me that just spun me right out. I’ve really been affected but I was able to speak to pdoc who suggested…..have a guess!!

pdoc goes away this week and won’t be back until the middle of May. I’m also booked to go away but…stuffed up.

If they were anything like my pdoc @Eve7 I know exactly what they suggested. Same as mine.

I'm sorry someone said something to you hon. Some people just don't know how much their words can affect us, and make us spiral downwards so quickly.

I get the stuffing up.
