Must make your recovery harder than it should be.
Have you been able to see/speak to your supports at all? I know these things can affect us mentally too.

I’ve spoken to pdoc @Snowie and she was concerned that I had no one to make my bed which was kind. I cancelled the mh nurse as I was in too much pain that day.
Its all getting better.
